FAQ's
There are buttons/options missing on my interface
Ex. Meta is not showing up on the Integrations
All buttons on the left taskbar are missing (Pixels, Audiences)
Most likely the client does not have access due to non-payment OR
Needs to fill out the Meta Dev Form to get full access
I still can’t access to the Facebook dev page
1. Check to make sure the error is “account has not been registered as a dev account” error
2. Send following text via email
Hi there!
I can see that you are attempting to sync your Facebook to the AudienceLab. Your Facebook account is not registered as a developer account, so you will need to do that first before I can add you to the permissions page and complete the Meta integration. Follow the directions on the link below.
